All our deliveries are done through a trusted courier network and are trackable. Your order will generally take 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Orders usually get delivered in 2-3 days.

Outlying areas

Orders can take a little bit longer and get delivered in 3-5 days.

Collection in Gqeberha

You are most welcome to come and collect your order if you live in PE or surrounding areas, please select the collection option at checkout. You will receive an email when your parcel is ready for collection.

You’re absolutely welcome to return it! It’s really important to us that you’re happy with your purchase, so we’ll gladly issue a full credit for any items once you have sent items back to us.

You pay for the postage on any returns or exchanges.

Once your return has been received at the studio, it will be processed within 1-2 days.

If you’ve requested a refund, it can take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement, depending on how you paid and your bank’s processing times.

Currently all of our customer service is handled via email.

This is so that we can give you the most thorough, accurate and traceable service that our small team can provide.

When you email our customer care service, you’ll always be “chatting” to one of our highly trained staff members, and will never receive an auto response.
