Returns Policy


  • Please make sure the item is still in its original packaging and returned within 14 days of ordering.
  • If a new item was purchased, it’ll have to be unworn in its original packaging and still wearing its tags.
  • LMB will issue either a cashback or store credit for the same value of your purchase once the returned item has been received (please allow up to 5 business days for this to occur). Equivalent store credit (we provide this in the form of an electronic voucher code)  This credit can then be used by you to choose another garment(s) when it suits you.
  • At LMB we strive to provide the very best service, but unfortunately, if you have chosen an incorrect size – the return delivery fee will need to be covered by you.
  • If you’re returning an item that is damaged and we did not see an impairment on it, the cost of delivery is on us. We however have very stringent criteria and do our utmost to make sure that every item is inspected for imperfections.
  • Please ensure that your parcel delivery is tracked, as unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.
  • Once you have emailed us wishing to return a purchase. We will discuss the best way forward.
